The online store 4FLOW sells activewear and elegant essentials through the website 4flowwear.com.

By placing an order on the website, the buyer confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.

Placing an order

Orders are placed through the cart on the website. Once an order is successfully submitted, the buyer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.

The store reserves the right to contact you to clarify order details before dispatch.

Prices and availability

All prices on the website are shown in the selected currency and may be updated without prior notice. The currency converter on the site is for reference; the final amount charged is in EUR.

If an item becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

Liability

4FLOW is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, customs, or force majeure events.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa and Mastercard bank cards
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• PayPal and other payment services available at checkout

Payments are processed securely; we never store your full card details on our servers.

We ship across Ukraine and worldwide via the courier services available at checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking number to follow your parcel.

Duties and taxes may apply for shipments outside Ukraine and are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Returning an item

You may return an item in perfect condition within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, in accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law.

To be eligible for return, the item must:

• show no signs of use
• retain its original look
• come with original tags and packaging

Refund of payment

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund you within 5–14 business days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exchange

If you need a different size or another model, please contact us — exchanges are subject to current stock availability.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. In this case the full amount will be refunded.

How to start a return

with your order number and a short note. We respond within 1–2 business days.

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: name, email, phone, delivery address and the items you ordered.

We never sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is required to deliver your order (the courier company) and process your payment (the payment provider).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any of our emails.

To request a copy of your data or full deletion, email us at team4flow@outlook.com — we respond within 30 days.
